The first snow ball fight of the year! We woke up to a beautiful winter wonderland-the first snow of the year!! The boys were so excited!! 
Here is Hope playing in her first snow! We were excited to pull out the super warm snow suit from the Hambrick's for her first romp in the snow. She seemed to not mind the snow and posed for some pictures! 
The boys always get annoyed when I make them pose for a quick picture when they are playing outside! Here is the first snow picture of the year. Many more to come I am sure, because we live in southwest Va and I LOVE taking snow pictures!

This is a huge first around here. We are making Kyle's birthday cake today! We have always done the Kelly Marchant cake and they are awesome, but Kyle requested a Mommy-made cookie cake this year. Oh dear, that is way far out of my confort zone. So, I enlisted the help of David and Mike!! David literally made the icing and Mike did the decorating!! Love it:) It is certainly not Kelly-quality, but it was made with love!! 
This is an exciting first around here. Last night we tried some cereal with Hope. As you can see, it was not a huge hit:) She does look cute in her little red jumper and baby legs, but rice cereal was not her favorite:)
